As part of our Community Wellness Program, we offer yoga, meditation, sharing circles and other positive healing techniques in a relaxed and fun environment for the entire family.
When: 3rd Thursday of Each Month
As part of our Expressive Arts Program, offer opportunities for our program participants to express themselves through creative modalities in a positive, fun, experience-based community. These events include live band performances, paint nights, and our Annual V’IBD Benefits Concert to Fight Crohn’s & Colitis.

IBD Strong is offering specialized support groups to help with disease specific psychosocial impacts. There is no medical, surgical or pharmacological advice offered at these groups,

V’IBD Teens World IBD Day Concert at Lucky Strike Bowling Alley in Hollywood, 6:00PM-8:30PM. Featuring special guest speakers and V’IBD Teens supporting bands. Fun for the whole family. Bowling, food, etc. available!

This is a private event Dinner in the Canyon. Tickets include dinner, cocktails, and a silent auction at a private home in the Santa Monica mountains.
